I’m Ann, Owner and Medical Director at Tweak. After earning my bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Victoria in 1995 and my master’s degree from the University of Alberta in 2009, I dedicated 30 years to practicing in Oncology. Throughout that time, my patients taught me invaluable lessons about strength, resilience, and the importance of human dignity.

I’ve had a passion for skincare and aesthetics since high school and later completed the University of Alberta’s Faculty of Medicine & Dentistry neuromodulator program, finishing all levels in both cosmetic and therapeutic treatments. I went on to complete the Filler Course, a gold standard program in Canada, and further expanded my expertise through a fellowship program.

As your injector and skin health provider, I’m committed to earning your trust through careful listening, thoughtful treatments, and dedicated support.

I’m Janine, skincare fanatic, detail-lover, and passionate about your confidence. I’ve been in aesthetics for a long time, and what I love most is getting to know my clients and helping them figure out what works for their skin.

​

Everyone comes in with different goals and priorities, so I make listening a priority. First, I want to understand what you’re dealing with, what you care about, and what actually fits into your everyday life. Then, we'll build a treatment plan that makes sense for you. Not overly complicated. Not overwhelming. Just thoughtful treatments and skincare you can realistically keep up with at home.

My goal is simple. I want you to leave every appointment feeling confident and excited about your results.

I’ve always been drawn to the world of beauty, not because of trends or products, but because of how closely it’s tied to confidence. I know what it feels like to look in the mirror and want something to feel different, and that experience is what led me to aesthetics.

​

Currently, I am Client Care Coordinator here at Tweak, and in the process of completing my aesthetics program. Being part of the client experience from the first conversation to the treatment room, I love seeing how thoughtful care and the right treatments can shift how someone feels.

What matters most to me is creating a comfortable and supportive experience. I’m passionate about skin health, excited to grow my skills, and grateful to be starting my career with the Tweak team.
